On the project will be a mixture of fascia panels, tapered and angled soffits and curved column covers, totaling approximately 5,000sf. Scheduled to commence in the Fall of 2021.

Clark Builders will be executing the install of our TitanPanel Fusion™ ACM Panel system. Utilizing approximately 4000sf of ALPOLIC® M. COW white and TOB Black. Overjoyed at being given another opportunity to work with a top tiered General Contractor like Clark Builders.

Situated on the Gateway Blvd corridor, just north of Whitemud Drive, this building has probably been driven past by most of the residents of Edmonton. Modern Cladding Finishes was lucky enough to execute the supply and fabrication of an impressive 1,600 panels, totaling 23,000sf. Working closely with the Owner and GC in the pre-planning stage, we were able to bring the project in on budget while achieving the desired final look.

Modern Cladding Finishes has been trusted to supply approximately 8,000sf of TitanPanel Fusion™ ACM panels in Alfrex FR Dark Grey.

With a panel count of around 350 panels, the sloping walls and and deep angled fascia lend themselves perfectly as a fine example of modern architecture.

The Centre of Excellence Building in Red Deer, formerly owned by Finning Canada from 2008 to 2017, is currently undergoing an extensive renovation.

This project incorporated an overhaul of the current exterior facade, including the the installation of 5,000sf of TitanPanel Fusion™ ACM panels in Alfrex bright, vivid Signal Blue.

TitanPanel Fusion™ was selected as the façade panel on the new Lordco Auto Parts, St Albert Trail, Edmonton. The finish is BNT White FR, by Alpolic, which works extremely well with the corporate I.D of the Lordco stores.
